My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were stunning, clean, and very comfortable, but I couldn't help notice some terribly dirty dust accumulating in corners and edges. The service was really helpful and everyone, especially Mr Yang at the front desk, was friendly and went above and beyond to assist. The location was rather good with a mall nearby, but everything closed early in the area. The dining offered a wide variety, although the quality of the western food could be improved. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, providing what I needed during my stay.
The hotel exuded traditional Chinese hospitality with smiles all around. However, the initial impression of tidiness was quickly dashed when I noticed a significant build-up of dust in every nook and cranny of the room. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, despite a few hiccups. The location was convenient, though the surrounding area's early closure limited some options. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell short due to overcrowding and staff shortages. The facilities were satisfactory overall, providing a decent stay.
The hotel is in a great location, connected to a shopping center and with many restaurants around, but the breakfast experience could be chaotic due to the crowded dining area. The rooms are clean and gorgeous but need updating, with some issues like leaking water from the ceiling. The service is really helpful and polite, reminiscent of a manager's attention.
The hotel's location is convenient with a good shopping mall nearby, but the area quiets down early. The room we had, while connecting, needed updating and the air conditioning was not efficient. The staff, especially at the Executive Lounge, went out of their way to provide excellent service during Happy Hour and breakfast, even though there were some hiccups in the breakfast experience. The dining options were varied, but the western food could be better in quality and taste. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
